Simply visit our Order page, select your items, choose your service options (Wash & Fold, Dry Clean, etc.), and add them to your basket. During checkout, you'll provide your pickup address and preferred time. We'll confirm the schedule via email.
We currently serve Ja-ela and surrounding suburbs. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm availability. Contact us if you're outside our coverage area – we're expanding soon.
No. You can leave your laundry in a bag at your doorstep with your order number attached. Our driver will collect it and leave a receipt. You'll receive a notification when we pick up and when your clean laundry is on its way back.
Standard service takes 24 hours from pickup to delivery. We also offer Express Service (same‑day pickup and return) for an additional fee – just select it when adding items.
Payment Information
We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payments via Stripe or PayPal. You can select your preferred method at checkout. No payment is required at the time of booking – you'll pay when we return your clean clothes.
No. The price you see for each service is the final price per item. Pickup and delivery are free within our service area.
Yes! For orders over 10 items, we automatically apply a 10% discount. You'll see the discount reflected in your order summary.
Order Returns
We take the utmost care with your garments. In the unlikely event of damage, we will replace the item or provide a full refund for that item. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Yes, as long as we haven't started processing your laundry. Contact us immediately via phone or email, and we'll adjust your order.
You can cancel anytime before the driver arrives. Use the link in your confirmation email or call us. There's no cancellation fee.
Yes. Our Dry Clean option is specifically for delicate fabrics. Select it when adding the item. We also offer a Special Care note field where you can provide additional instructions.
