Pickup and Delivery

When an order is placed, we will schedule a pickup at the address designated by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring that the laundry is ready at the agreed time and place. Risk of loss or damage to items passes to us upon pickup; we will exercise reasonable care during processing and delivery. Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the items and notifying us of any issues within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon delivery, unless you have selected an online payment method at checkout. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payments via our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate payment information. In the event of non‑payment, we reserve the right to withhold future services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
